SNHL Season 2 Race 6 - UIM World Championship
Qualifying: Friday, February 7th at 6pm
Race: Saturday, February 8th at 5:30pmPlease let us know if you will be attending the race or not here
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1ykIw1AV60LNTynqWFes1OeUUqoyTqqQGzplBgWu5dwE/editQualifying format will follow H1 rules: Qualifying order will be in the reverse of the national high point standings.
The World Championship format will be 4 flights of heats (A,B,C,D), followed by the Consolation Heat and the Final Heat. The Heat races will be 3 laps and the Final Heat will be 5 laps. If we have more then 24 drivers then we will run trailers in the heat races. For the first set of heats lowest Qualifying speed or a new rookie will be the trailer. Then the rest of the sets will be lowest points for the day (or a new rookie) will be the trailer boat. The trailer boat will be determined after the random draw for the heats. So for example if 7 boats are drawn into Heat 2A the lowest points in that heat is the trailer. The trailer must start 5 seconds behind.
Preliminary Heats will have a maximum of 6 boats per heat and up to 2 trailers if needed. The Consolation heat will have 6 boats. The winner of the Consolation Heat will be the trailer in the Final Heat. The Final Heat will have 7 boats (the 7th boat being the trailer). The trailer must start 5 seconds behind in the final heat.
